LUCIE MADDOCKS

co-owner / trainer

I am a Female Fat Loss Specialist and Qualified Level 4 Personal Trainer who works only with results driven methods.

Through my own experience of overcoming obesity I am able to empathise with my clients and give advice that has been tried and tested. The PT that helped me lose 6 stone really changed my life and it wasn't long till I had decided that I wanted to inspire other women and give them the power to change as well. Being a busy mum myself, I know that it can be hard to change you life with what seems like endless hurdles in your way.

I aim to give my ladies all of the tools to succeed long after they have stopped working with me. The secret to success all lies in your daily habits and lifestyle. My goal educate and empower YOU.

KATY MADDOCK

co-owner / trainer

I am a crazily passionate, Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer, who’s absolute mission is to show people that you don't have to sacrifice your life (or food!) to be healthier and happier.

As a former dancer I experienced the pressures of body image which led me to think endless cardio and a crazy, low calorie diet was the only option. Completely lacking in direction of what I should be doing in and out of the gym, I was determined to learn. I found a love for it, a love for feeling stronger, more confident, for exercise and my diet. My mind and body feel fitter than ever and I’m determined to help you feel the same.

So, if you’re willing to turn up and graft hard then I will help get your body & mind into the best shape it’s ever been in.

ASHLEY BIRSS

co-owner / trainer

Hi Ladies! I am an Aussie Personal Trainer now living in the sunny UK. I've been a PT for 4 years and before that I worked as a professional dancer on Cruise Ships around the world!

When I stopped dancing, I started going to the gym. I very soon realised how daunting and overwhelming it can be when you have no idea what the hell you are doing. I decided to get myself educated and qualified, not only to empower myself, but to empower other women in my position. Growing up as a dancer and then working in the industry, there has always been a high focus on body image in my life. The pressure to look a certain way can take over your mind, especially if you are unhappy in yourself.

My aim is to help as many women as I can accept and love their body and give it the care it deserves.
