At GirlCode, we are all fully qualified Personal Trainers and Group Fitness Instructors. We are extremely passionate about education and creating a safe space for you to learn and grow. All coaches have gone through extensive training protocols to make sure that our classes some of the best in the industry.

Since joining girlcode myself 3 years ago my life has now completely changed, looking back now I was lost completely lacking any sort of structure and was definitely not putting myself first.. I quickly learnt that there was so much more to exercise than just the way you look & the benefits of incorporating exercise into my own lifestyle, changing my daily habits & prioritising myself taught me that I was in control of how I felt & how my day was going! My goal is to teach as many women as possible these same values along with how to fuel their bodies right, train hard and help them become the very best version of themselves from the inside & out!

As a qualified Level 3 personal trainer, my goal is to empower my clients to reach their highest level of confidence and exceed their own expectations. My passion for fitness and exercise stems from a young age, and I am eager to share it with other women.I understand the transformative power of exercise, having experienced it myself while overcoming self-esteem and confidence issues. I will bring a positive energy to every session motivating you to reach your goals. My mission is to help women improve both physically and mentally whilst discovering a newfound strength within themselves.

Since I joined GirlCode in lockdown they transformed my whole way of thinking in regards to health and wellbeing. After years struggling with under eating and doing crazy cardio thinking that the best version of myself was to be the skinniest I could be. Fitness has become part of my lifestyle and my goal is to show women that the best way to be the happiest and healthiest version of yourself is incorporating exercise into your life.

I am passionate to help you reap the benefits of training to aid overall health, your pregnancy journey or improve your strength and mobility as our female bodies change. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle or to improve your overall health and well-being - I can help you to achieve your goals. I started the gym with no experience or confidence and getting a coach helped me to overcome this, which is why I would love to help you too!
