4 week intensive

Our 4 Week Intensive is our most popular programme and is the perfect option for those ready to dedicate themselves, work hard and get in shape fast. The camp consists of 3 small group sessions per week teaching you the correct form and technique in weight lifting, body weight and HIIT training. 

You will have full contact will all three of your trainers, weekly online check ins and a nutritional information to help you become more educated. If you trust what GirlCode sets you and work hard both in and out of sessions, we guarantee this 4 Week Intensive will get you results. If you’re ready to join our GirlCode community, train surrounded by other like minded women, this is the perfect place for you.
